Do your exercises with what you've got
Paste in a program from anywhere: a physio, a coach, a website or an AI. Flexon checks every exercise against your equipment and the movements you need to avoid, changes only what it has to, says why, and then guides you through it, one exercise at a time.
Flexon is invite-only for now. If someone has invited you, open the link they sent to make your passkey.
How it works
- Paste it in As it was written, notes and all. Say once what you need to avoid, in your own words, and it's read into limits you can check.
- Tick what you have Anything you're missing, or anything past a limit, is changed as little as it can be: the same movement with other equipment, a shorter range, or a swap. Every change is marked with why.
- Follow along Timers, rests and the notes from whoever set your program on each screen. Log your reps and weight as you go, and share a summary at the end.
Before, on the day, and after
Ready before you are
Save a program with the days you do it, and home shows your week, leading with today's. Paste one ahead of time to check how it was read and pick its days, and when whoever set it sends an update, the new version is kept alongside the old.
One tap to start, changed only where it has to be
When nothing has changed since last time, a saved program starts from one screen. Otherwise, tick what you have: anything you're missing or anything past a limit is changed as little as it can be, and every change is marked with why. Then follow along with timers, rests and your reps and weight logged as you go.
See what's working, and what to raise
Every session's sets side by side, how each exercise's best set has moved, and planned against done by week. A set skipped again and again, a swap made every time for the same missing equipment, or an exercise that's reached the top of its prescription is picked out to bring up with whoever set your program.
